Traveling in style (and color)
When museums ship artworks, they often have exclusive crate hues.
At an art event a couple of years ago, Anne Pasternak told me the Brooklyn Museum, which she directs, ships its collection in robin blue crates. It sounded like a source of pride, as if her museum won a contest jockeying for the best color. But it was news to me altogether that museums have unique crate palettes.
