Luminosity in Ligonier

So much depends upon a red fire truck and brown teasels.

It seems like a snide thing to say about an art museum that its most interesting part is its outside gardens, but the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art in Ligonier, Pa., is a very small museum with unusually compelling gardens.
